>What Fashion Means To Me

>As a young girl, I always admired my seniors who not only looked good in their clothes, they also smelt good from a distance. Being the only girl in my family, I did not have a sister to chat about girl issues and most of it was from whatever I heard from my dear Mom and from my friends while at School.

It is always the case for teen girls to seek to emulate a person who more or less fits the image of what fashion and beauty personifies. I guess that is how the term “teen idol” was coined.

Filipina beauty is world renowned. The Filipina sense of personal clothing with an added dash in being contemporary, she has always been a head-turning appeal for the male admirers. Of course, being woman, that is what I aspire too.

I find that outlandish and gaudy colors are out of place for normal daily attire. Clothes are best when it is comfortable and have a simple design. Choice of colors is a personal liking and it also depends on “mood” and should complement the location where I am.

Out of curiosity and to have a feedback from a man, I asked one of my male blogpals to describe what he thought of my fashion sense.

And this was his answer;

your fashion sense is simple, practical and eye catching.

I think he is pretty accurate.in his judgement.
